About the Campaign
Bamenda, Cameroon, has been deeply affected by armed conflict for over eight years. As a commercial bike rider, I’ve witnessed firsthand how economic activities have plummeted due to the crisis. My old motorbike is no longer reliable, and I urgently need a new one to continue providing for my family.
Why I Need Your Support:
- Safety and Accessibility: The difficult terrain in Bamenda demands a sturdy motorbike. A new one will help me navigate the challenging roads safely.
- Family Support: With a new motorbike, I can continue earning a livelihood for my wife and three children. It’s not just about me; it’s about their well-being too.
- Education: I dream of sending my kids to school. A reliable motorbike will allow me to cover the distance and ensure they receive an education.
- Utility Bills: Basic utilities are essential for our family. Your contribution will help us pay bills and maintain a decent standard of living.
Fundraising Goal: I aim to raise $1,500. This amount will cover the cost of a new motorbike, necessary documents, and other accessories.
How You Can Help:
- Donate: Every dollar counts! Your contribution will directly impact our lives.
- Share: Spread the word about my campaign on social media, among friends, and within your network.
- Encourage Others: Encourage others to support this cause. Together, we can make a difference.
About Me: I’m Caleb Mbely, a hardworking bike rider striving to provide for my family despite the challenges we face daily. Your support means the world to us. You’re not just investing in a new motorbike, you’re investing in the future of a family and their community.
