Please, help pay for my lifesaving operation.
Kupakwashe is suffering from hydrocephaly (water on the brain) and needs an urgent operation to save her life. Her family live a long way from the nearest hospital and unfortunately cannot afford medical bills and transport without support. They need to raise 1500 dollars.
