Medical and Healing Assistance: Request from Rev. Dr. Edward Matuvhunye

First of all, thank you for being dear friends and caring strangers to whom I can bring this request. My wife Memory has completed six chemotherapy sessions at a public hospital and another two at a private medical center. We were forced to use the private medical center because public hospitals are not functioning now because medical doctors have been on strike since early September 2019. All of the public hospital radiotherapy equipment and machines are said to be out of order.

Memory underwent a successful surgical procedure and her Clinical Oncologist recommended that she should go for radiotherapy sessions for twenty-five days. This is necessary to prevent the cancer from returning, which could take her life.

We are grateful for good medical care but unfortunately the total cost for the Clinical Oncologist, radiotherapy and other related costs is US$10,600.00. Memory should begin radiotherapy next week. This is indeed a long journey that we had never anticipated hence my coming to you, appealing for prayers and financial assistance to meet the above budget.
