Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
Fund4Crowd( hereafter referred to as F4C or “We” “Us”), provides its services( the “Service”), to you subject to the following Terms of Service( the “ Terms”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Please check these Terms regularly.
By using the Service, you agree to bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and policies.
You will not hold us responsible for other’s content, actions or inactions. You acknowledge that we have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of organisations promoted, the truth or accuracy of content, listings, or ability to perform the stated objective.

2. Definition of the services and terms
The Service is free and for anyone, anywhere in Zimbabwe to raise money for their dreams, needs, causes, projects or any type of campaign.
Definitions:

Campaign is a fundraising project created either to collect money for personal reasons or on behalf of an Organisation.
Campaign Owner is the individual that created the campaign or any user who have been given ownership of the campaign.
Donation/Contribution is any financial transaction that benefits the campaign.
Contributor/Backer is any individual or company that contributes money to a campaign.
Organisation may be a non profit, school, political, business, or other social entity that has a collective goal.
User is any individual who has accepted the Terms by logging into the Service.
Payment Provider is a company that processes contributions to campaigns.

3. Eligibility
You are not eligible to use the service without consent if you are under 18 years.

4. Payment Processing Information
Current Payment Providers include: Paypal & others.
All contributions to campaigns are processed through the payment provider(s) as chosen by the campaign owner.
a) Users of the service are subject to and must adhere to the terms of the applicable Payment Provider’s Terms of Service and other agreements relating to their Service transactions. We are not affiliated to any Payment provider.
b) By using the service, all Users agree to the Payment withholding a Service fee and making these fees available to us.

5. Fees and Payments
Joining F4C is free. However we charge certain service fees.

6. Refunds
Contributions and our fees and charges are non refundable.

7. Prohibited Campaigns
Campaign Owners are not permitted to create a Campaign to raise funds to scam other Users. If you know that your Campaign is claiming to do the impossible or it’s just plain phony, don’t post it. If you breach this term, there are no two ways. Your campaign will be flagged and you lose all your funds.

8. Rewards
Campaign Owners can offer gifts in the form of tangible items or intangible services (collectively, “Rewards”) to Contributors. Rewards are not offered for sale. F4C makes no representations about the quality, safety, morality or legality of any Campaign, Reward or Contribution or the truth or accuracy of content posted on the website. We do not represent that Campaign Owners will deliver Rewards or that Contributions will be used as described in the Campaign. Users use the Service at their own risk.

9. Prohibited Rewards
Campaign Owners are not permitted to offer or provide any of the following as Reward;
Any form of ownership, interest in a company or venture; any form of financial incentive; alcohol or any other controlled substance; drug paraphernalia; weapons, ammunition, and related accessories; any form of lottery or gambling; items promoting hate, personal injury, death, damage, or destruction to property or any item prohibited by applicable law if you were to distribute it.

10. Your Content
While using the Service, you may post photos, videos, text, graphics, logos artwork and other audio or visual materials. You grant us and our users a perpetual, non-exclusive royalty-free, transferable sub licensable, worldwide license to use, publicly display, publicly perform, store, reproduce, modify and distribute your Content on the Service and our related marketing and promotional services.

11. Third Party Sites
The service may permit you to link to other websites. When you access third party websites, you do so at your own risk

Notices to you will be made via email.

13. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Service subject to your eligibility and continued compliance with these terms.

14. Conduct
In using the Service, you understand that you are liable for all information, products or services, in whatever form, that you make available to other Users. You agree not to use the Service to:

F4C is not a place for hatred, abuse, disrespect, profanity, meanness, harassment, or spam. Do not: use the service to promote violence, degradation, subjugation, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity; post images or videos that are sexually explicit or post links to sites that contain explicit material; spam the comments sections or other Users with offers of goods and services or inappropriate messages. We reserve the right to remove Campaigns and terminate accounts for such activities.

16. Set Up Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your Organization as prompted during the Campaign creation process and any later administration process and b) maintain and promptly update the Set Up data to keep it true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is true, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service and refuse any and all current or future use of the service.

17. Warranty disclaimer
F4C does not guarantee that any content will be made available through the service. We have no obligation to monitor the content. Fund4Crowd reserves the right to, at any time, for any reason and without notice: remove, edit, or modify any content, cancel, reject any content and block any user. Fund4Crowd makes no guaranty of confidentiality of privacy of any communication or information transmitted on the website. Users use the Service at their own risk.
